Affiliate Manager - Part Time US Digital Marketing WFH

Salary: P500 - 700 (Hourly Basis)

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM PHT

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, influencer/creator management, or partnership management.
• Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization (Meta and TikTok experience preferred).
• Proficiency with affiliate tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, Refersion, CJ Affiliate).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create compelling written and visual content; proficiency in basic design tools (Figma preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude AI) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
  
  

What will you do?

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, influencers, creators, and performance marketers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and creators to drive traffic, conversions, and overall campaign growth.
• Analyze affiliate and campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Manage and adjust commission structures, incentive programs, and promotional campaigns to maximize results.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages align with performance goals.
• Track, measure, and report on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and overall profitability.
• Ensure all affiliate, creator, and paid media activities follow brand guidelines, compliance standards, and data privacy requirements.
• Identify, vet, and source creators for product sampling programs, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign goals.
• Coordinate creator outreach, sample dispatch, follow-ups, and content delivery schedules.
• Review and evaluate creator content to ensure high quality, brand consistency, and potential for performance optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, paid social, and AI-driven performance techniques.
