• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics models (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning, optimization).
• Oversee data exploration, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
• Drive data storytelling and visualization to make insights actionable for decision-makers.
• Establish best practices for analytics, governance, and automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience: 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science, with a focus on developing models and delivering actionable insights.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise on analytics tools (Python / R, SQL, Looker Studio, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in statistical methods and machine learning techniques (regression analysis, demand forecasting, clustering & segmentation, classification algorithms, anomaly detection, etc.)
• Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for analytics
