About The Role
They are seeking a highly skilled
Administrative Tax Assistant to support their team in delivering exceptional service to US-based clients. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage deadlines, and a proven track record of working with clients in the United States.
The ideal candidate has proven accounting experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not required with sufficient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the tax and accounting team.
- Assist with client onboarding, document collection, and data entry.
- Organize, track, and maintain accurate records for tax filings and compliance.
- Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Help prepare and review forms, reports, and other tax-related documents.
- Manage schedules, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Handle general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with a clear US accented English communication style.
- Proven recent experience working with US-based clients (tax, accounting, or administrative support preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Deadline-driven and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and comfortable with cloud-based tools and software. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
- Fluent communication, customer service, and sales-oriented interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Familiarity with tax software or accounting platforms.
Experience in administrative support within tax or financial services.
