Schedule: 6:00AM-3:00PM PHT

What are we looking for?

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
  • Proficient in financial strategy construction and modelling.
  • Familiarity with SOA preparation and AdviserLogic software (trainable if necessary).
  • Knowledge of workflow/project management tools, preferably Asana.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously (average 12x active clients).
  • Skilled in collecting, verifying, and managing client documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for direct client and institution interactions

What will you do?

  • Collect, verify, and maintain client information and documentation.
  • Communicate directly with clients.
  • Participate in advice and financial strategy construction, ensuring strategies align with client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and generate Statements of Advice (SOAs) using AdviserLogic software (training provided if needed).
  • Implement financial advice strategies and monitor client progress.
  • Manage outbound communications (calls and emails) for information gathering and client coordination.
  • Handle high-quality, complex client cases with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Use Asana or other workflow tools to track tasks and deadlines.
  • Ensure all advice and actions are aligned with Australian financial regulations and best practices.
