Ad Optimization Specialist

Role overview:

Manage and execute the review and compliance workflow for advertising content on its platform. This role ensures all advertisements meet standards, regulatory requirements, and regional guidelines across multiple languages and markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Review advertiser credentials, validate campaign assets, and ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive checks on ad creatives, metadata, and targeting for compliance and appropriateness
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine ad-review SOPs and policy documentation
• Generate regular reports covering SLAs, KPIs, and compliance metrics
• Participate in periodic business reviews

Experience / Expertise:

• Experience in digital advertising, content moderation, or compliance services
• Familiarity with ad platforms, compliance tools, and workflow management systems
• Experience with SLAs, KPIs, and structured reporting
