Accounts Payable AU Recycling WFH

Salary: P50,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Mandatory: 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounts payable experience in a financial or accounting firm, handling Australian clients.
• Mandatory: Strong proficiency with accounting software including MYOB, Xero, and Xero add-ons.
• Mandatory: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel.
• Experience with DEXT processing and invoice management is a plus.
• Ability to manage BAS/IAS lodgment processes and communicate effectively with clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  
  

• Monitoring email for incoming bills.
• Entering and processing supplier bills.
• Preparing supplier bills for approval.
• Preparing approved supplier bills for payment.
• Reconciling of supplier statements.
• Processing of new supplier set ups.
• Cross referencing and checking contract bills/dockets.
• Managing purchase order register.
