Job Description
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial summaries
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes
- Knowledgeable in Tax Accounting, BIR compliance and its any other likes
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Accountant, proficiency in bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, and general accounting practices.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial statements, tax reporting, and utilize accounting software efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
