This role combines

financial accounting, reporting, planning, and business intelligence , making it ideal for a finance professional who can go beyond the numbers and turn financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead month-end closing, financial reporting, and management reporting processes.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for financial and operational KPIs.

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial records and reporting.

Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and reporting efficiency.

Supervise and develop the accounting and reporting team.

Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required.

Strong hands-on Power BI expertise – Required , including DAX, data modeling, dashboard development, and financial reporting automation.

Hands-on Oracle NetSuite ERP experience – Required , particularly in general ledger, financial reporting, month-end closing, and transaction management.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including supervisory or managerial experience.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Advanced Excel Skills And Experience In Financial Data Analysis.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in process improvement, finance transformation, and automation is an advantage.
