Job Description

What Youll Be Doing

  • Assist in identifying and engaging with potential business clients and partners
  • Reach out to warm leads and support the conversion process into active clients
  • Help develop and maintain relationships with existing corporate accounts through regular follow-ups and check-ins
  • Prepare basic sales presentations, proposals, and documents for client meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth product and service delivery
  • Track and update lead status, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
  • Stay informed on industry trends and company offerings to better understand client needs

What Were Looking For

  • Some experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or similar (1 year full-time experience are welcome)
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales or partnership environments is a plus
  • Strong communication and people skills; able to connect with clients professionally and clearly
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort working with targets
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office and CRM software (training will be provided)
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Comfortable communicating in both English and Filipino
