Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue and gross profit targets
  • Create detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas
  • Communicate with customers and intentionally discuss solutions and services offering to identify and dig opportunities
  • Coordinate with support team to meet project milestones
  • Proper account management to existing and new customers
  • Maintain and increase existing customer revenue stream within enterprise accounts space through upselling and cross-selling activities and, generating referrals
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectation
  • Provide weekly healthy pipeline
  • Product learning at least every quarter

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management
  • At least 3 years of business development/sales experience
  • Knowledgeable in Solutions Development and IT Solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working experience with sales techniques
  • Ability to plan and manage resources
  • Ability to deliver presentations
  • Must be detail-oriented
