The Account Executive ole: We are seeking someone who knows how to sell, is willing to pick up the phone and talk to prospects, and is hungry to learn more about the inner workings of artificial intelligence solutions. Outside of sales, were seeking someone who can help customers set up, customize, and integrate their product experience. This role isnt easy, but youll learn a lot, youll be first on the ground, and youll work closely with our product and technology teams as well as company leadership to always be at the forefront.

- Customer-Facing Experience - Experience in dealing with customers face-to-face or over the phone (sales is an extra plus)
- Tech Savvy - Knowledge of AI/generative AI, prompt engineering, AI tools and technologies, or a deep willingness to learn and natural curiosity
- Compassion - Ability to work with customers on solutions, occasionally guide them through setting things up, or resolving their tech support issues on calls
- High Ownership - You will be the first hire on a new team. You will need to be a self-starter, self-managing, and be motivated to deliver results without micromanagement. Youre willing to do what it takes to win new business, and help customers
Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling end to end pipeline management from pre-demo to implementation
- Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
- Move leads through the sales funnel by performing active follow-ups via calling, texting, emailing, and Linkedin
- Conduct sales demos to provide an in-depth demonstration of our service, software, and value proposition to leads
- With any free time, make outbound calls, prospect new leads, enroll them into automated sequences on LinkedIn and other platforms, send out inMails
- Take a keen interest in understanding our customer segments and their needs in order to effectively convert them into paying customers
- Maintain all contacts/leads/opportunities and record all sales activities in the CRM
- Collaborate with sales executives to ensure the companys goals and targets are met
- Call customers who did not get through the entire onboarding process, and help them get started
- Demonstrate the product and its features to customers, explain concepts, benefits, differences between competitors, answer technical and integration questions, be able to remember multiple demonstration "scripts" for the multiple products we have on offer
- Be creative about coming up with solutions for clients in response to their integration issues, use tools like Zapier to help clients resolve complex integration needs
- Help customers with technology support issues as they arise, helping them with setting up their product experiences
- "Wear a lot of hats", as needed - you may sometimes have to do things outside the scope of your role to ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to inbound calls, chats, texts, etc. from customers
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of professional work experience in any of the following areas: Sales, business development, account management/executive, customer success, solutions
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested leads/prospects and converting them to paid customers
- Substantive experience conducting prospect follow-ups using calls, email cadences, and texting to reach leads/prospects
- Experience conducting virtual product demos, answering questions, upselling, and customizing product/service pricing
- Experience negotiating with customers, conducting objection handling, working with customers in various industries
- Robust experience representing the company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of the product/service and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Tech-Savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication in English
- Works effectively and has the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment (required)
- Experience with any of the following software: CRMs (Hubspot, Pipedrive, or equivalent), Prospecting Software, Google Meet/Zoom, Discord or Slack, G-Suite, Google Docs
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Psychology/Cognitive Studies, Communication, English, Technology/Computer Science, or similar
- Willingness to work US hours/graveyard shift
