Video Editor (Remote)

And we’re looking for a Video Editor to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Edit raw footage into polished, high-performing videos (short-form ads, UGC-style content, tutorials, and social media clips)
• Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and basic sound design
• Deliver multiple versions optimized for different platforms and formats
• Use AI tools (VEO3, Runway, Pika, Descript, or similar) to generate or augment UGC-style videos
• Maintain human-like, authentic pacing, tone, and delivery in AI-generated content
• Iterate quickly based on creative feedback and performance metrics
• Add animated titles, captions, transitions, overlays, and infographics
• Build reusable motion templates for faster production
• Apply design principles to create visually engaging content aligned with brand guidelines
• Write hooks, scripts, and storyboards for short-form content
• Research trends and competitor videos to propose new angles
• Test multiple creative approaches and optimize for engagement and conversion
• Work with marketing, creative, and content teams to deliver assets on schedule
• Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
• Suggest improvements to AI-assisted workflows and content pipelines
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses
• 2+ years experience in video editing
• Proven video editing experience
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Experience or willingness to work with AI video generation tools
• Experience/Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Motion graphics and animation skills (Preferred but not required)
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
  
  
  

Nice-To-Have/Bonus:

• Experience with direct-response marketing and high-converting ad campaigns
• Background as a UGC creator or content strategist
• Advanced skills in 3D animation, VFX, or interactive video formats
• Experience in fast-paced eCommerce or agency environments
  
  
  

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package (with HMO):

• Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 53,000
• Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 67,000
