Sourcing Specialist (Pharma)


Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Sourcing Specialist and help us drive sourcing initiatives in the Pharmaceutical space. In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders and create and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies together. You’ll have a consultative style, and you are someone who enjoys working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.
You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on sourcing, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience.


What you’ll do:

• Leverage your skills in Boolean search, network and digital channels to help us find the best talent. Preferred to have experience in the Pharma space, recruiting for Commercial and Medical roles
• Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights & mapping, trends, and competitor movements
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
• Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools

You’ll be someone who can bring:
 

• Experience recruiting in more fast paced environments and delivering high volume of candidates
• Experience recruiting in an RPO or Internal set up
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches.
• Ability to drive own network and source candidate in an out of the box approach not limited to recruiting platforms
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
