Job Description

Lead the company's social media strategy and execution to grow brand presence, engage consumers, drive traffic to e-commerce channels, and support revenue growth through organic and paid social initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with business and e-commerce objectives.
  • Create annual, quarterly, and monthly social media plans and content calendars.
  • Identify platform-specific growth opportunities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
  • Content Development & Management
  • Plan and oversee creation of engaging content including videos, graphics, product demonstrations, lifestyle content, user-generated content (UGC), and livestreams.
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, influencers, and content creators.
  • Manage content publishing schedules and approvals.
  • Community Management
  • Build and nurture online communities.
  • Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and customer feedback.
  • Develop response guidelines and escalation processes for customer concerns.
  • Improve customer engagement and brand sentiment.
  • E-Commerce & Conversion Support
  • Drive traffic from social platforms to e-commerce stores, marketplaces, and campaign landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team on product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns.
  • Optimize social commerce features such as TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop,Instagram Shop, and livestream selling.
  • Support conversion-focused campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Influencer & Creator Management
  • Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Negotiate partnerships and campaign deliverables.
  • Track influencer performance and ROI.
  • Build a sustainable creator network for ongoing brand advocacy.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report key performance metrics
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on insights.
  • Cost per acquisition (with paid team)
  • Influencer campaign ROI
  • Brand sentiment score

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • Preferred experience 5+ years in social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce marketing.
  • Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and marketplace- related social campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social commerce, livestream selling, and influencer marketing.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms.
  • Proven track record of growing brands and driving sales through social media Job
