Job Description
Rebar & Structural Works
- Read and interpret structural plans, rebar detailing, and shop drawings
- Supervise rebar cutting, bending, tying, and installation on site
- Compute rebar quantity, cutting list, and material requisition
- Ensure proper rebar spacing, lap splice, hooks, and cover as per plan & NSCP
- Conduct inspection before concrete pouring - "Rebar Inspection"
- Coordinate with steelman/foreman for daily targets
- Monitor and supervise overall civil works: foundation, columns, beams, slabs
- Do lay-out, level, and quality control with survey team
- Prepare daily accomplishment reports, RFI, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with project specs, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate with Project Engineer, Foreman, and Clients representative
