This Position reports to:

Marketing&Sales Mgr & Commercial Leader


Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy for local/ strategic accounts focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.

Work model for the role is: Hybrid

  • Understanding the key drivers of the relevant customer’s business and their business environment and accordingly interpreting the impact and opportunity for ABB.
  • Defining and proposing sales targets for the account and ensuring those are achieved with a structured follow up process across divisions and countries.
  • Creating added value for both the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach.
  • Driving the application of standardized Marketing and Sales processes and tools for the account.


Qualifications For The Role

  • You are highly skilled in sales, commercial negotiation and strategy with a minimum of 5 years experience within the relevant industry.
  • Ability to demonstrate your knowledge and/or experience in Electrification industry and familiarity of the service/aftermarket business.
  • You have good understanding of the local market and an established network with clients and or decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Degree in Engineering is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well with a dynamic team in matrix organization set up.
  • You are at ease communicating in English and Filipino
