RF Engineer must have a clear understanding on Concepts, practices and procedures of RF Network Engineering, optimizations techniques.

Responsibilities include KPI improvement by planning and Optimization activities, System dimensioning for Coverage and Capacity analysis, Parameter Optimization based on Huawei System for Voice and Data, Analysis of CM and PM data for troubleshooting of problem.

What will your job look like?

Essential Duties / Responsibilities: The area of responsibility will generally cover, several of following activities –

• Perform GSM network design, planning & optimization activities
• Coverage and Capacity analysis of the network
• Work on network improvement performance KPIs and optimization tasks
• Perform GSM/LTE/5G KPI check, Validation, and analysis. Pre-Post analysis after changes in parameter / Physical attributes
• Perform Frequency and Neighbor Planning and Optimization
• Perform Layer management analysis to attain perfect load balancing of the network
• Perform DATA optimization based on Dedicated/ Default TS
• Perform Network / Cell audit on the basis of Performance reports
• Should have Good Knowledge about Huawei GSM /LE/5Gfeatures
• Should have Experience in one or more Huawei tools like PRS/ U2000, CME
• Must have good knowledge of field and also in OSS/Hardware/Command line
• Good knowledge on call trace, Swap from other vendors & rehoming activities
  
  

• Must be an Engineer Graduate – BE/B.Tech Electronics & Communication stream is preferred.
• Working Experience in Ericsson 3+ years in GSM,LTE and 5G
• Sound Knowledge on Excel, PowerPoint, working Knowledge on Macros in Excel will be an added advantage
• Require travel at short notice and willing to relocate to any part of world.
• Willing to work on a Dayshift, Hybrid set up (3x per week) and in BGC, Taguig City.
