ABOUT THE JOB
- Document and maintain a comprehensive view of the overall platform architecture, ensuring clarity and alignment across all technical stakeholders
- Analyze the impact of new business and technical requirements on the existing platform, providing clear recommendations and trade-off assessments
- Ensure continuous alignment between platform design and business strategy, bridging the gap between technical decisions and organizational objectives
- Provide consultative technical leadership to the platform team, guiding architecture decisions and promoting engineering best practices
- Define and enforce architectural controls to ensure the correct and consistent use of technical solutions when delivering business outcomes
- Create, update, and own detailed architecture documentation, including diagrams, design patterns, and decision records
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, including critical defects, architectural blockers, and cross-team dependencies
- Participate actively in process workshops and technical design sessions to shape platform direction and roadmap
- Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure platform design aligns with broader organizational standards and governance frameworks
- Assist in migrating configurations across instances, ensuring consistency, reliability, and minimal disruption during transitions
- Act as the integration expert when a dedicated integration role is not available, owning end-to-end integration design and delivery
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Proven experience in a platform architect or senior technical lead role within a complex, multi-team environment
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture designs
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and platform governance
- Experience with configuration management and cross-instance migrations
- Solid background in integration architecture — experience acting as an integration lead is a strong plus
- You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess technical impact quickly and confidently
- You are a strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- You are proactive, structured, and able to drive technical alignment across multiple teams and disciplines
- Experience working in agile environments and contributing to architecture-related ceremonies and workshops

Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
