Job Description

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities for the Philippines market
Lead and develop a large team of marketing talents
Build and implement strategy for growth through digital channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment
Manage and optimize the marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI
Build strong relationships with external agencies and partners to enhance brand visibility.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Marketing Director Should Have

Extensive experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on strategic marketing.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a high-performing team.
Strong commercial acumen & proven ability to handle a portfolio of diverse categories.
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities to drive marketing success in Manila.
Background in driving digital growth in a B2C organisation
Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
