Responsibilities Will Include The Following

Handles the Companys Facebook Account to help develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients by promoting company products and services to achieve the Companys sale objectives.
Improves customer satisfaction through high level of responsiveness, anticipating needs, answering queries and addressing complaints.
Process customer orders efficiently.
Provides timely and data-backed inputs or report to supervisor
Provides assistance to the Marketing Team on other projects as instructed by superior, from time to time.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
