You are responsible for handling import and export cargo transactions specifically in the areas of Document Validation, Bill of Lading (BL) Preparation, Cashiering, BL clearing, BL Adjustments, Document Imaging & Processing Systems (DIPS), Laden Acceptance and Laden Releasing, 3rd Party Documentation (Navis 4) to ensure that all Freight transactions are correctly, completely and timely validated and recorded for all internal and external clients in Freight Documentation.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete and accurate validation of all documents related in creation of Bill of Lading for export shipments.
  • Complete and accurate validation of documents related in creation of Delivery Order or import shipments.
  • Accurate and on-time processing of Bill of Lading adjustments.
  • On-time, complete and accurate scanning and indexing of documents (DIPS).
  • On-time and accurate creation of pre-advise and online release related to acceptance and releasing of shipment.
  • Ensure no incident of releasing of shipment without payment.
  • Ensure Zero Cost on Service Failure.
  • On-time, complete and accurate remittance to the bank.
  • On-time, complete, and accurate submission of Billing Attachment within Service Level of Agreement.
  • Compliance to Customer Queuing / Handling Time
  • On-time and accurate submission of reports.
  • Performs other duties as maybe assigned.

Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree

Professional Experience

  • Graduate of any four-year course preferably in Business Management
  • With 1 to 2 years extensive work experience in any cargo related function in a shipping industry
