Job Description

Overall lead and serves as the head of the production department and CHiNOY TV responsible for producing multimedia content for CHiNOY TV’s various platforms, projects and clients.
Responsible for generating, producing and executing new content ideas and turning it into quality outputs
Responsible for managing the timelines and output of the projects from pre-production, production, post production, and actual release as well as the division of tasks and resource management for the production phase of a project
Balance competing demands and anticipate problems and then report to the management and work with them in planning for contingencies
Acquire and onboard the freelancers and suppliers needed and screen them according to the budget and project's need in coordination with the HR and the management
Leads the production team and manages communication to a variety of cross-functional teams (Accounts, Marketing, Social Media and Web Teams etc)
Collaborates with the in house production team as well as external suppliers / talents to design an efficient workflow that meets the demand of a project.
Ensures that project expectations are set, deadlines are met and quality outputs are delivered.
Aids in creating concept decks, creative executions and storyboard as needed by the Marketing & Accounts departments for presentation to potential clients
To maintain high-quality output delivery while building a structured, efficient, and scalable production system that improves team productivity, strengthens workflow discipline, and enables independent operations

Minimum Qualifications

At least 5 years experience in Broadcast Media or Agency Services
Has prior experience as a Segment Producer, Writer or Executive Producer
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and writing skills (English)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Background in producing documentary series is a plus
