What We’re Looking For
A new Customer Success Executive role has opened within our EMEA Sales team. This role is central to supporting our commercial workflow - ensuring bookings are accurate, client data is maintained correctly, and campaigns are set up for success from day one.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage Insertion Orders (IOs), bookings, and client information across NetSuite and HubSpot, while coordinating closely with Sales, Ad Operations, and Finance. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-driven, and confident working in a fast-paced sales environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our advertisers and partners experience smooth onboarding, clean data processes, and timely support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
