Position description: MTT Skills Building Head is responsible for developing the upskilling strategies and overseeing the team’s programs and activities to ensure Consumer Bank employees are upskilled and reskilled based on corporate values, objectives, and specified training directions.

Primary Responsibilities

• 1. Develop upskilling strategies to meet business objectives. 2. Collaborate with different team heads to identify skills requirements. 3. Collaborate with different units in the Bank for effective and efficient implementation of programs to meet business objectives. 4. Review upskilling materials. 5. Manage delivery of learning intervention programs. 6. Review and negotiate contractual arrangements with suppliers of services, venues, and resource persons to ensure optimum value for the bank.
