We believe content is the connective tissue of design, tying desired outcomes to meaningful experiences. We speak as strategic leaders who bridge design, technology, and business to deliver a human-centered approach for our clients and their customers. We’re deep in technology, strategy and creative. We need a versatile, experienced, copywriter who can develop clear and compelling copy in support of various efforts. Youd be writing for a variety of formats and your words will inform and engage target audiences and drive business outcomes.

Our ideal candidate is a collaborative, skilled, and imaginative writer with a deep understanding of audience personas and an eye for detail. While not specifically a technical writer, candidates should be able to create content to support businesses that sell technical products and services. This is an individual contributor role that is ultimately responsible for knowledge base and internal communication content for a large US client.

Responsibilities

• Writing clear, compelling copy for various media (e.g. long form blog posts, customer stories, training documentation, marketing copy, demand gen, sales enablement assets, etc.)
• Interpreting a creative brief to understand assigned ask and following up where more information may be needed
• Collaborating with project managers, designers and other professionals on large- and small-scale content projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)
• Engaging with US product teams and clients
• Adhering to client brand and editorial guidelines
• Applying feedback from US-based quality control editors
  
  

Required Skills

• Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong research skills and natural curiosity – may be asked to train-up on specific client technologies
• Experience working with and adhering to style guides
• Creative and collaborative engagement style
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Ability to create content directly in PowerPoint slide templates and make content fit elegantly into established slide designs
