We are seeking talented, agile, and trend-savvy content creators to join our growing Content Engine team in the Philippines! 🤳🏼 ⭐

This role is central to delivering high-volume, high-quality short-form video content that powers ZURUs TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts strategy across global toy brands.

You will own the full content lifecycle — from ideation to filming and editing — and appear on camera to bring personality and storytelling to life. This is a performance-driven, fast-paced creative role ideal for creators who live and breathe social trends, love toys and entertainment, and thrive in a dynamic global brand environment.

Position Impact

• Scale Content Production: Deliver 100+ assets monthly across key toy brands to fuel ZURU’s paid and organic growth across platforms.
• Drive Engagement: Harness TikTok and Reels-native trends to increase video views, shares, saves, and follows.
• Build Brand Personality: Feature on-camera and/or direct playful, relatable content that amplifies the brand’s voice and emotional appeal.
• Speed to Market: Help ZURU move fast, test fast, and scale what works — shortening production cycles and enabling real-time content adaptation.
  
  
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Content Production: Ideate and produce native TikTok, Reels, and Shorts content in line with creative briefs and hooks.
• Film and edit short-form videos using mobile-first tools (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.).
• Act as on-screen talent; animate toys, unbox, voice-over, or act out humorous, trend-led skits.
• Incorporate trending audios, formats, and transitions daily.
• Follow and execute clear visual and tonal guidelines for each brand (e.g., Mini Brands, Snackles, Smashers, Pets Alive).
• Support A/B testing by producing rapid variations on hooks, thumbnails, captions, and cuts.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all videos meet ZURU’s quality, legal, and brand safety standards.
• Review and revise based on performance feedback and testing results.
• Stay up to date on platform changes and audience behaviour to continually evolve execution.
  
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience creating viral TikTok/Reels content (portfolio or active public profile).
• Skilled in mobile video editing apps and social content optimization.
• Confident on-camera with strong communication and performance skills.
• Strong grasp of trend formats, meme culture, and platform-native humour.
• Ability to produce high volumes of content with speed, accuracy, and creativity.
