Job Description

Lead, develop & hire where necessary, to ensure the marketing team are high performing & innovative in their approach to business growth
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Transform the organisation from a digital & technology standpoint to ensure the business stays at the forefront of the industry from a digital growth standpoint.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders & global stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and provide actionable insights.
Oversee agency partnerships to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Manage budgets and resources to maximize ROI on marketing activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong B2C experience in marketing within FMCG or retail is preferred. We can also consider candidates coming from B2C roles in consumer technology, telco and/or BFSI
Proven track record developing & implementing a digital transformation strategy
Proven track record leading & developing high performing, innovative & data driven teams
Experience in the Philippines market is preferred
