We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and oversee multiple social media accounts across various brands and industries. This role is ideal for a high-level digital marketing professional with agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a portfolio of clients, and understands how to build, execute, and optimize comprehensive social media strategies.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of driving engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, and measurable business results through effective social media and digital marketing initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts and brands.
Manage a cluster of social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging channels.
Create and maintain content calendars aligned with client objectives and campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all platforms.
Content & Campaign Management
Oversee content creation, including graphics, videos, copywriting, and campaign assets.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and video editors to produce high-performing content.
Plan and manage promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
Identify content opportunities based on market trends, audience behavior, and platform updates.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Monitor KPIs, engagement metrics, reach, conversions, and ROI.
Prepare and present performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on analytics and industry best practices.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Client & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Manage client expectations, campaign timelines, and deliverables.
Lead strategy calls, performance reviews, and client presentations.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
Digital Marketing Support
Support broader digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, lead generation, paid social campaigns, and brand awareness efforts.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing execution.
Stay current with social media trends, platform changes, and digital marketing innovations.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Previous experience working in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment.
