What is this role about?

The role is responsible for for inspecting and preparing vehicles before they are delivered to customers, ensuring they meet manufacturer standards and are free of defects. PDI is responsible in receiving/inspecting vehicle delivery form the manufacturer/distributor

What will YOU do?

• Conduct comprehensive inspections and ensure that all vehicles meet the manufacturer’s standards before delivery to customers
• Identify defects or issues with the vehicle’s systems and components, including engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical systems
• Test drive vehicles to ensure all systems, including safety features, are fully functional and in optimal condition
• Perform necessary repairs or adjustments on vehicles to meet the required specifications and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and adjustments performed on each vehicle
• Ensure that all work adheres to safety regulations and that the vehicles are compliant with relevant industry standards
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure the proper scheduling and completion of inspections and repairs in a timely manner
• Ensure that the work station area is clean and organized
• Log any changes or issues in the vehicle's service history for future reference and customer communication.
  
  

• At least 1-2 years of experience in vehicle inspection, maintenance, or a related technical field
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Knowledge of vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and safety components
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, La Union
