Position Accountability Statement

Accountable for the implementation of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and

Evaluation) Framework across Operations and Sales Division.

Primary Job Responsibility

• Conducts TNA and prepares TNA reports.
• Assists and coordinates learning and development programs designs for e-learning and
• instructor-led training.
• Develops learning materials using various platforms and methodologies.
• Develops, standardizes and reviews the training materials.
• Delivers L&D solutions to support team’s needs and development outlined in the overall L&D
• strategy using a blend of methodologies including e-learning, self managed learning,
• remote delivery, management cascade, classroom and on job learning as appropriate.
• Undertakes evaluation of all L&D interventions and prepares reports of training sessions
