District Sales Manager - Cauayan Isabela

About The Job

The District Sales Managers oversees sales operations across multiple stores, ensuring quality performance, risk control, and efficiency. Builds strong dealer relationships, manages staffing and training for Sales Associates, and ensures compliance with company policies.

What You’ll Do

• Visit POS (store) twice a week, maintain good relationships with dealers, and solve their inquiries.
• Control of quality of sales performance, drive quality initiatives.
• Control and manage sales points efficiency.
• Execute risk control to drive out fraud.
• Responsible for hiring, training necessary skills and sales techniques for Sales Associates (SA).
• Shift planning for Sales Associates (max staff during weekends and high season).
• Check the compliance of Sales Associates and follow the company’s regulations about working at POS (stores).
  
  

What You Need To Have

• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales area, cooperation with retailers, or experience in distribution of products and services
• 1 year of experience in leading/managing a staff of 5 people or more
• Experience in planning & executing sales or marketing strategies with results
• Must have experience in FIELD WORK, accomplishing tasks from a given location
• Computer literacy (MS Office esp. Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
