Job Description

Responsibilities :

The Break Fix Management Team Lead is responsible for directly managing the Break Fix specialists who are monitoring and doing necessary intervention of break fix transactions as well as closely collaborating with internal and external teams on a daily basis to ensure delivery of contractual Service Level Agreement with our customers.

The Team Lead reports directly to the Break Fix Operations Manager and will be working closely with other Lexmark employees and teams within the geo of support as well as the O2R organization globally.
