Job Description

The Office Attendant ensures the smooth daily operation of the office by maintaining cleanliness, supporting administrative tasks, and assisting with office errands and pantry needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of the office, including vacuuming, dusting, and general tidying before and during shifts.
  • Assist the Office Manager with errands, shopping for office supplies, and other administrative support as needed.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables properly; maintain cleanliness in the pantry and common areas.
  • Wash dishes, clean kitchen/pantry areas, and ensure supplies are stocked.
  • Provide general support to staff to maintain a comfortable and efficient work environment.
  • Report any maintenance or office supply needs to the Office Manager promptly.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and lifting light items.
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • At least 2 years experience in facility or office support.
  • Residing near the office or willing to travel
