LinkedIn Lead Generation & Personal Brand Manager (Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

Open to Dubai, India and Philippines Based candidates | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT | Monday to Friday

This is not a content creation role, and it's not social media management. You'll own our CEO's LinkedIn presence end to end — network growth, daily engagement, and a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline are numbers you personally carry. If you feel the weight of every unbooked call and treat outreach as a craft, this role is built for you.

You'll run high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns, manage appointment-setting sequences, and keep a founder-level LinkedIn presence sharp, responsive, and commercially productive every single day.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on LinkedIn outreach experience, ideally running campaigns on behalf of a client, employer, or executive rather than managing your own profile only
• Proven appointment-setting results with verified metrics booking qualified discovery calls, not just self-reported activity numbers
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, organic outreach, and DM-based lead generation
• Experience logging and managing leads in a CRM system, HubSpot strongly preferred
• Strong written English, with personalized, human-sounding messages that don't read like templates or mass blasts
• High-volume outreach discipline, comfortable sending 100 or more connection requests per week without quality drop-off
• Self-direction and accountability, hitting daily KPIs without being chased and flagging blockers early

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive's personal brand on LinkedIn
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools such as Taplio, Buffer, or Shield
• Understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, engagement triggers, and spam-avoidance best practices
• Cold calling background that demonstrates outreach discipline and rejection tolerance
• Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms for productivity or workflow optimization
• Experience creating or maintaining SOPs for outreach sequences or content workflows
• Experience reaching out to private equity funds, investors, or C-suite decision-makers in a B2B context

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Network Building and Connection Management

You own the growth and quality of the executive's LinkedIn network.

• Connect with team members and client points of contact using personalized, contextual messages
• Onboard new hires and client contacts into the network as part of standard onboarding
• Send connection requests to profile viewers and follow up with value-led messages after acceptance
• Identify and connect with ICP-matched prospects, including founders and senior decision-makers evaluating outsourcing or AI transformation

Engagement and Community Management

You keep the executive visible and responsive across the platform.

• Like, reply to, and connect with every commenter within the same business day
• Engage daily with target accounts, clients, prospects, and industry voices to build visibility in the right feeds
• Monitor notifications, mentions, and DMs, responding where appropriate and escalating when needed
• Track engagement patterns and route high-value profiles into outreach sequences

Lead Generation and Appointment Setting

This is the commercial core of the role. You're measured on calls booked, not activity volume.

• Search LinkedIn daily for prospects discussing outsourcing, offshore hiring, or AI transformation
• Log every qualified prospect in the CRM with full context, source, and next action
• Run targeted cold DM campaigns using approved, personalized messaging sequences
• Manage Sales Navigator to build and maintain prospect lists for outreach campaigns

Inbound Signal Conversion

You treat every inbound signal as a warm lead and follow approved response sequences.

• Convert profile viewers, post likers, and other inbound signals into booked conversations using established scripts
• Route qualified leads based on context and reply
• Acknowledge inbound inquiries the same business day and escalate with a clear recommendation

Content Execution and Scheduling

You keep a steady content cadence running without gaps.

• Ensure a daily post goes live per the agreed content calendar
• Repurpose approved content across formats, including carousels, video captions, and polls
• Schedule content using tools like Taplio, Buffer, or Shield while maintaining a rolling content buffer
• Source trending topics and industry news to feed the content calendar

Profile Optimization, Reporting, and Operations

You maintain the account's professionalism, security, and measurable performance.

• Continuously optimize the executive's LinkedIn profile, from headline to featured content
• Deliver a weekly performance report covering connections, engagement, and meetings booked
• Maintain CRM hygiene so every LinkedIn-sourced lead is properly tagged and tracked
• Manage account security, including two-factor authentication and documented recovery processes
