Proven experience in online sales or customer service.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and e-commerce platforms.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Comfortable with online communication tools and platforms.
