About the job: We are looking for an Operations Associate to support day-to-day transport and operational activities. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring operational performance, resolving issues, and ensuring that processes are executed efficiently and in accordance with established standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of transportation operations, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple operational concerns while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and support daily transport operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Coordinate with drivers, partners, internal teams, and other operational stakeholders to address concerns and operational requirements.
• Monitor operational activities, identify issues or delays, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Investigate operational incidents and provide timely and accurate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to established operational processes, policies, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operational activities.
• Analyze operational data and trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Escalate complex or high-impact operational concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Perform other operational tasks and projects as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, transportation, logistics, mobility, delivery, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with transport operations and related workflows, including driver/partner coordination and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with operational tools or dashboards is an advantage.
