Device Fulfillment And Operations Manager - VisMin

Leads end-to-end device fulfillment operations across VisMin, covering forecasting, procurement, deployment, and pull-out, while ensuring inventory accuracy and on-time delivery. Manages vendors, logistics, and warehousing to meet SLA, cost, and quality targets. Oversees capacity planning and demand alignment to support consistent operations. Drives process improvements, resolves escalations, and ensures accurate reporting. Works cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and controlled execution.

You Will Be Responsible For The Following

• Owns end-to-end device lifecycle (forecast → procure → deploy → pull-out), with primary focus on VisMin execution
• Manages vendors and contracts (device, warehouse, logistics, couriers, collaterals, SIMs), ensuring regional alignment
• Oversees inventory and warehousing, including VisMin hubs, if applicable (stock levels, security, audits)
• Drives fulfillment operations (kitting, delivery, installation, returns/pull-out), prioritizing VisMin deployments
• Leads capacity planning (daily/monthly vs demand), ensuring readiness for VisMin requirements
• Ensures data accuracy and controls (inventory, POD, deployment tracking)
• Monitors vendor SLA performance and resolves escalations, with focus on VisMin issues
• Drives cost optimization and process improvements across operations
• Manages event deployments and ad hoc requests, primarily within VisMin
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams for nationwide alignment, with execution focus on VisMin
  
  
  

We Are Looking For The Following

• With Bachelor’s Degree of any business-related field
• With at least 4 years of experience in vendor management and project management
• Well-versed in warehouse operations, inventory management practices, and process management
• With proficiency in strategic planning with an understanding of supply chain, lifecycle management, and last-mile operations
• With experience working in fast-paced, high-performing environment; Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• With strong leadership and coaching skills in handling both vendors providers and vendor employees
• Based in VisMin and willing to travel across the region as needed
