As a Service Delivery Team Lead in OpsWerks, you’ll be on a team whose mission is to build and improve its partners most critical cloud and internet services. Your Qualifications

You’re an accomplished builder and leader of high-performance technical teams, ready to tackle your next challenge. You have the technical chops to go deep, yet retain the ability to focus on higher-level business and product goals. Make sound decisions on business operations and strategies, including improving existing frameworks and identifying skills needed for growth. Exercise good judgment in team building—from hiring to transitions and everything in between.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic team leadership and development, including attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, preferably within an IT-related business or industry.
• Strong ability to analyze and improve service management processes, prioritize and execute strategies, and successfully lead projects and objectives.
• Deep understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) as an engineering discipline, with a strong emphasis on automation.
• Proven ability to enhance team focus, efficiency, and effectiveness, while influencing and partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion and dedication to delivering an unparalleled and consistent customer experience.
• Comfortable thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced 24×7 environment, operating effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Highly organized and experienced in orchestrating complex programs involving people, needs, and technologies, while adapting to shifting priorities and negotiating timelines.
