  • Partner closely with other Executive and Administrative Assistants nationally to share information, support system and process changes, and ensure alignment across the business
  • Assist with ad‑hoc projects, initiatives and continuous improvement of administrative processes

You are a highly organised, confident Executive Assistant who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, corporate environment and partnering closely with senior leaders. You will bring:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders (preferably in professional services, financial services, or corporate environment)
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively, anticipate needs and manage competing priorities across multiple locations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and comfort learning new systems and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and review documents for accuracy and tone
  • High level of discretion, integrity and respect for confidentiality
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative working style
