We work for the people of Victoria by helping the Government achieve its strategic objectives. We do this by supporting the Premier, the Minister for Treaty and First Peoples and the Multicultural Affairs, as well as the Cabinet. Our vision is to be recognised and respected leaders in whole-of-government policy and performance. The Department of Premier and Cabinet is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Adviser, Campaigns and Strategy, to join a high-performing campaigns team. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to campaigns that reach and resonate with millions of Victorians and work on holistic strategy across government.
In this role, youll work alongside departments, ministerial offices and the suppliers to develop and deliver integrated, behaviourally informed campaigns that align with priorities. Youll bring sharp strategic thinking, a strong understanding of the media landscape, and the ability to translate complex policy into clear, compelling communications. This is a role for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. Someone who can juggle competing priorities, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver evidence-based advice with confidence and precision.
