Role Overview
We are seeking a finance literate Business Analyst to support a finance systems uplift project. This role will play a hands on part in reviewing current finance processes, validating system functionality, improving reporting visibility, and enabling better integration between platforms. This is a high impact project role requiring strong Microsoft financial systems knowledge and cross functional collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing and mapping current financial processes
- Supporting data flow between finance systems and CRM
- Identifying gaps, issues, and opportunities across reporting and automation
- Leading UAT, exception identification, and report building
- Documenting processes and supporting handover to the finance operations team
What You’ll Bring
- Strong BA experience in finance systems uplift or ERP transformation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps (ERP) and Dynamics CRM
- Confidence in running UAT, surfacing exceptions, and improving reporting visibility
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and process documentation skills
- Experience in financial services, technology, or cyber environments (preferred)
