Ingeniero forestal o Ingeniero agrónomo o Ingeniero agropecuario o cualquiera otra profesión relacionada con el tema forestal, con experiencia no inferior a tres (3) años contados a partir de la fecha de su grado, experiencia especifica mínima de 2 años en proyectos que hayan incluido podas o trasplantes o siembra y mantenimiento de individuos arbóreos.
