Descrição Do Cargo

We are looking for a committed and responsible individual with strong teamwork skills, a results-driven mindset, and solid analytical abilities to support process improvement initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable activities for Latin American countries, including data research and reconciliation, case analysis, payment application, document management, refunds, adjustments, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a proactive attitude, effective communication skills, and respect for the company and their team, while consistently meeting established goals.

Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for processes within the US & CA regions:

• Handle inbound calls from customers in the United States to assist them with updating banking information or processing one-time payments.
• Execute process-related macros for different countries.
• Make outbound calls to support customers in updating their payment information.
• Prepare and issue letters through internal systems to inform customers of their account statements.
• Process disputes, balance reviews, and adjustments as required by the respective workflows.
  
  

• Senior-year student or graduate in administrative or related fields.
• Intermediate English proficiency 65% - 70%.
• Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge.
• Punctuality and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Assertive and professional communication skills.
• Grade: 007
• Schedule: Monday to Friday: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm (44 weekly hours)
• Location: Medellin, Hibrid.
