JOB DESCRIPTION:
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: 9/80A (Monday-Friday, every other Friday off)
Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Join our team as a Test and Assembly Technician, where you will play a vital role in testing, troubleshooting, and assembling technologically advanced equipment in a large-scale manufacturing environment. Your contributions will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety. Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of product tests, troubleshooting, and repairs using detailed work instructions, test procedures, engineering documents, and schematics.
Inspect, maintain, and calibrate avionics equipment, support equipment (SE), and aircraft components.
Troubleshoot and repair radio frequency systems, systems components, wiring harnesses, circuit card assemblies, logic circuits, microwave equipment, servomechanisms, antennas, and power supply circuits.
Utilize electrical test sets, handheld equipment, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) to identify failed components, order parts, and maintain stock.
Set up and operate testing equipment and document test results accurately.
Perform physical movement of materials to and from testing platforms.
Use ERP systems such as SAP/PRISM/CMES/IMRO to support testing and assembly processes.
Identify and select components for sub-assembly and assembly units.
Utilize small hand tools (soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers) for assembly tasks.
Make set-ups, alignments, and adjustments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
Maintain a strong safety focus in all activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
