Job Description

Ayala Malls is seeking a Building Engineer to oversee maintenance and facilities across our commercial centers. You will ensure equipment readiness, lead preventive and corrective maintenance, and drive energy-saving initiatives to reduce operating costs.

You will also monitor safety programs and assist in project planning and documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, is a Registered Engineer, and has 2–3 years of mall/retail or property management
