Quality System Associate Document Controller

Responsibilities include:

• Support the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  

• Maintains and controls quality documents and records to ensure only current, approved versions are in use.
  

• Assists in the preparation, review schedules, and revision of quality manuals, procedures, work instruction, and forms.
  

• Supports external audits and accreditation assessment by preparing required documents and records.
  

• Maintains quality records, including training, audit and management review records.
  

• Monitors the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions resulting from audit findings
  
  
  
  

• Test products and follow standard procedures like GMP and SSOP.
  

• Attention to detail
  

• Help with problem solving, fix them
  

• Help with the QMS tools and tracking system monitoring quality.
  

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Odoo software , Inventory Management system.
  
  
  
  

Qualification and Experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biology or Chemistry (professional license is an advantage where applicable).
  

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  

• Experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance
  

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to food safety and quality standards.
  

• Can work in Marilao, Loma de Gato.
