Job Summary

The Logistics Specialist – OJT will support the Logistics team in the coordination, documentation, and monitoring of material movements. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in warehouse-to-warehouse transfers, inbound logistics coordination, transport monitoring, and system recording using the Vault Inventory Application, under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations Support

• Assist in coordinating warehouse-to-warehouse material transfers.
• Support the monitoring of inbound deliveries from suppliers or toll manufacturers.
• Help track delivery schedules and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
  
  
  

• Assist in preparing and organizing logistics documents such as:
• Delivery Receipts (DR)
• Material Transfer Forms (MTF)
• Goods Receipt (GR) supporting documents
• Encode or assist in encoding logistics transactions in the Vault Inventory Application, under supervision.
• Ensure completeness and proper filing of logistics documents.
  
  
  

• Coordinate with warehouse personnel for:
• Material preparation
• Loading and unloading activities
• Assist in verifying quantities during material transfer or receipt losses.
  
  
  

• Help maintain simple tracking logs for:
• Material transfers
• Inbound deliveries
• Pending logistics transactions
• Assist in preparing basic logistics reports as required.
  
  
  

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a course related to:
• Logistics
• Supply Chain Management
• Industrial Engineering
• Business Administration
• Willing to learn logistics operations and inventory systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
  
  

• Exposure to real-world logistics and warehouse operations.
• Hands-on training in the Vault Inventory Application.
• Guidance from experienced Logistics Specialists and Supervisors.
