As a Modern Trade Field Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our Smoke-Free Products (SFP) business by developing strong partnerships, executing consumer engagement activities, and managing retail touchpoints within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and strengthen business partnerships.
- Execute consumer engagement and acquisition activities.
- Manage retail touchpoints, inventory, and store execution.
- Develop and implement territory growth plans.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, retail operations, or a related role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Willing to do field work within the assigned territory.
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
