Job Description

The Leasing Officer assists the Leasing Manager in improving and maximizing the tenant occupancy of the mall by managing all tenant contracts whether for awarding and/or renewal. The individual generates Lease Reports such as but not limited to Sales Performance Report, Comparative Analysis Reports and Accounts Update Report on a regular basis for proper monitoring and reportorial compliance.



Requirement
s

  • :Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Financial Management or equivalent
  • .At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this positio
  • nPreferably Supervisor specializing in Property/Real Estate, Marketing and Sales Administration or equivalen
  • tAbove average communication skills both oral and written
  • .Willing to be assigned at SM City Marikin
