Job Summary

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for executing daily order fulfillment tasks with accuracy and efficiency. This role involves picking, checking, assembling, and packaging orders while maintaining quality control and compliance with company standards. The position also includes pre-packaging, box assembly, and general warehouse support to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Order Packaging

  • Picking: Select products accurately based on SKUs and specified quantities on waybills.
  • Checking: Verify picked items against waybills to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors.
  • Assembling: Organize and compile verified items into complete orders, ensuring secure packaging.
  • Pouching: Place assembled orders in courier pouches, ensuring compliance with shipping standards.


Box Assembly

  • Construct and prepare sturdy fulfillment boxes for safe transportation.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of assembled boxes to support smooth operations.


Pre-Packaging

  • Pre-pack orders in advance for high-demand periods such as sales events and promotions.
  • Ensure pre-packaged orders are properly labeled, organized, and stored for quick dispatch.


General Warehouse Support

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient fulfillment area.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or packaging issues for resolution.


Qualification & Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus. Equivalent experience in facility operations, infrastructure management, or compliance oversight will be considered.


Experience:

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, or e-commerce order handling is preferred.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics.
  • Physical stamina for lifting, packing, and moving inventory.
  • Team player with good communication skills.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Warehouse-based role with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
  • May require occasional overtime, especially during peak seasons.
